Final Sale

Vaz jewellery is curated in limited batches, and all sales are final. For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival. 

Defective/Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at  support@vaz.co.in within 24 hours of delivery with Unboxing Video is Mandatory.
  • If approved, you will receive either a replacement (where available) or a full refund within 1 day.

Natural Characteristics & Minor Marks

  • As with many artisanal and acrylic jewellery pieces, slight variations, fine lines, or minor surface marks are natural to the material and not considered defects.
  • These details make every Vaz piece unique and are part of its handcrafted character.

Out-of-Stock Cases

If, after placing you order, a design becomes unavailable with our artisan partners, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund or assist you with an alternative.
