✨Processing Time

  • Once you place an order, we consolidate your selections and prepare them for sourcing.
  • Processing takes 2–3 business days as we quality-check and confirm your piece with our makers.

✨Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery takes 9–14 business days from the date of your order.
  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Shipping is available pan-India.

✨Delays & Holidays

While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, rare delays may occur due to:

  • Holidays or shipping congestion
  • Unforeseen courier delays

If this happens, our team will keep you updated and assist you at every step.

✨Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, Vaz will provide a full refund or arrange a replacement (depending on availability).
  • If your jewellery arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear Unboxing Video, so that we can resolve it swiftly. (The chances of damage are rare as we handpick, check and personally pack it)
